Your personal data can be stored and used by S.R.L. VATAMAN-MUSIC for processing, confirming, execution of orders, informing you via e-mail, mobile messages (SMS), mail or other communication facilities, realization of statistical reports and improving of services and products.

Policy of transmission of bank card data

S.R.L. VATAMAN-MUSIC will never request visitors of the Page or clients to transmit bank card data such as: name of the owner, card number, expiration date, CVV, etc.

In case of payments made using bank card, information regarding bank card data (card number, expiration date etc.) won’t be transferred or stored on servers of S.R.L. VATAMAN-MUSIC.

In case of 3D Secure system, for payment with Visa or MasterCard bank cards, data indicated on your bank cardis introduced directly to the Visa or MasterCard systems, and in case when your bank card is emitted by a bank certified in 3D Secure system, authorization of transaction is made only after your authentication in the system – introduction of secret code/password,which is known by yourself only.

Maximum amount of obligations/responsibilities of S.R.L. VATAMAN-MUSIC to the Client, in case on failure to perform or inappropriate performance, is the amount of cash assets charged by S.R.L. VATAMAN-MUSIC from this client.

Prices

All payments are processed in the national currency – MDL (Moldavian Lei). If the currency of the account differs from the currency of the operation, the conversion of the amount is carried out according to the exchange rate of the bank issuing the card, on the day of the transaction.
Content and prices of offers can be modified in some way by S.R.L. VATAMAN-MUSIC in any moment, without prior notification of consumers.

Placing an order

Placing an order means accepting by you of all present Conditions and specific conditions for offers. S.R.L. VATAMAN-MUSIC reserves, if necessary, the right to request documents necessary for processing and validation of orders, such as a valid identity document.

Services and Products purchased via https://vitalievataman.com Page can be resold and distributed in commercial goals with the consent of S.R.L. VATAMAN-MUSIC.

Delivery of products

Delivery of products and services is made through electronic channels such as Internet, e-mail, Cloud, etc.

On Client’s demand, delivery of products can be made on a digital storage, only on condition that Client pays all the additional costs for storage, transportation, and other eventual costs.

Terms and price of delivery depends on the region of delivery.

Return of products and financial resources

It is possible to return products on the following reasons:

  1. If you received the product you didn’t order;
  2. If you ordered by mistake products you didn’t need.

We guarantee to return the money in case you:

  1. Transferred,by mistake, a bigger amount than it was necessary;
  2. Ordered, by mistake, products that you didn’t need and didn’t receive them.

In case you paid the order via bank card, all the cash assets will be returned only to the bank account that was used to pay the order.

Payment for ordered products can be made on-line via bank card.

If you choose to pay on-line via bank card, you will be redirected to a secured web section on the bank server that services on-line payment system, and necessarily to fill the corresponding form with information regarding bank card required by a corresponding bank.

If a transaction via bank card is successful, your order will be processed by S.R.L. VATAMAN-MUSIC,and you will get Products or Services ordered in 24 hours.

When paying for products online, the company does not charge additional fees.

Applicable law and disputes

All clauses from present Conditions are regulated by the law in force of Republic of Moldova.

Any dispute appeared in connection with the use of this Page will be solved by the way of negotiations. If parties do not solve the dispute by the way of negotiations, the dispute will be transferred to the competent judicial authorities
